Livestock OS is designed to connect every participant — from the genetics lab and stud farm through to the auction house, transport operator, feedlot, abattoir, and regulator. Each participant has a defined role, defined data responsibilities, and a defined place in the chain.
These participants have operational portals in Livestock OS V001. They can log in, create and manage records, and participate in the live chain state machine.
These participants do not yet have dedicated portals but have defined roles, data structures, and integration pathways in the Livestock OS architecture. Connection requires a formal agreement and onboarding process.
These participants are part of the full Livestock OS architecture. Their data structures, roles, and chain interactions are defined. Portals and workflows are on the development roadmap.
